de-stressing faith and fit 90 challenge Jan 22, 2023

Today’s Task Reading:

Welcome to week 12!

This week we will focus on ways we can de-stress.

Sometimes after traumatic and stressful events, it is hard to recover. We can choose to treat the fear, anxiety, panic attacks with natural homeopathic remedies, also known as homeopathy. The goal of homeopathy is to observe symptoms and choose a remedy that closely mimics the symptom. Then give the remedy at right potency and dilute the treatment one dose at a time. We can practice homeopathic remedies ourselves, but a trained professional homeopath can better develop a customized treatment for us and carefully observes the symptoms to make sure we are getting better. If after three doses, there are no changes, then the homeopathic professional will chose another remedy that better matches the symptom.

Here are some natural remedies that can help us de-stress, and according to betternutrition.com dosages from 30c, 200c to 1M can be taken daily or weekly, depending on the severity and longevity of the symptoms:

  • Arsenicum album can help our minds to stop playing the trauma events over and over again.
  • Aconitum napellus can help us overcome deep fears that lead to panic attacks.
  • Argentum nitricum can help us overcome paranoid symptoms – the extreme anxious and overwhelming feeling that things/others don’t like us or is trying to bring us harm.
  • Stramonium can help us overcome nightmares and terrors that come at night.
  • Lyssinum can help us when we are hypersensitivity to sound, light, smells, emotions, and experiencing phobias.
  • Red Chestnut can help us overcome worrying, insomnia, resentment, and impatience.
  • Star of Bethlehem can help us overcome shocking, traumatizing, and grief-stricken events.

Moreover, we can use our faith to help us overcome anxieties through fasting, prayer, believing, and trusting God’s plan. Philippians 4:6 says, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.” So that means we should share with God everything that we are worried about in prayer to receive an unexplainable peace. Moreover, we should connect with faith-filled sisters and brothers in Christ to anoint us with oil and pray for our healing (James 5:13-15). Next, we should remind ourselves since God deeply cares for us. He will take care of us, so we should not worry about everyday life responsibilities (Matthew 6:25-33). We should give every single burden we are experiencing to God and trust that He will handle it (Psalm 55:22). When we don’t understand what is going on and things are not making any sense at all, that is the best time to trust that God will direct us to the right path (Proverbs 3:5-6). We need to know that God is always with us and will never abandon us (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Today’s Prayer:

God, You reign forever and ever in the heavens and on earth. We are so thankful for You. You deserve all the glory, honor, and praise. Let Your kingdom come and will be done in our lives. Help us to overcome fear, anxiety, panic attacks with natural homeopathic remedies. We want to distress using natural remedies. Give us knowledge, wisdom and understanding we need to de-stress effectively when needed. Help us to take the necessary steps to fast, pray, believe and trust Your plan when unexpected events happen in our lives. We ask You to forgive us for all our debts, trespasses, and sins as we forgive our debtors and those who have trespassed and sinned against us. Lead us not into temptation. Help us to be equipped with the full armor of God as You deliver us from evil. For Yours is the Kingdom, Power and Glory. In Jesus Name, I pray. Amen.
