Recall 5 health goals and 5 wealth goals. Then pray God grants you the wisdom, knowledge, and strength to do those things. Ask the Holy Spirit to intercede for you, then intercede for someone else in your own private prayer session (Matthew 6:6) for 1 Timothy 2:1 instructs us to pray for all people, ask God to help them, intercede for them and give thanks for them.
We want to be wise, knowledgeable and strong. Proverbs 24:5 says “A wise man is strong, yes, a man of knowledge increases strength.” When we know what is God’s will, we have wisdom. When we know how to do God’s will, we have knowledge. When we are doing God’s will, despite oppositions or temptations, we have strength. Wisdom, knowledge and strength comes from the Lord. So if we ask for those thing, God is faithful to grant it to...
One of the best ways to commit to God’s instruction is to study & meditate on scriptures in The Holy Bible. For today’s task, I want you to read chapter 119 of Psalms from The Holy Bible.
The Holy Bible is filled with guidelines that we should uphold them and Psalm 119 emphasizes the importance of following God’s instruction. Although the entire Bible is awesome, I just want you to focus on Psalm 119 for today.
Since Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the bible, set aside 15-20 minutes to read. Use your lunch break, right before bed, or whatever time works for you to read Psalm 119…today!
Studying the scriptures tells us about God, what He wants for us and how He wants us to live. Meditating on them improves our emotional, mental and physical health. It helps us keep God’s promises which leads to blessing and avoid breaking God’s promises which leads to curse.
God’s gives us the freedom to choose to keep or break His covenant -the old...

Today, I will focus on the importance of detoxifying our body. There are so many ways we can detoxify our bodies. We can do a juice feast. We can do Daniel fast. We can do 5-day challenge, like the one that I do various times throughout the year. I have one coming up December 14th - 18th.
Our blood carries away our waste and brings oxygen and nutrients to every cell in the body when we eat greens and nutritional foods. Just like the blood of Jesus carries away our sins and brings the Holy Spirit within us when we invite Jesus in our heart and come out of agreement with lies and curses through inner healing and deliverance.
You can see, hear and read my prayer for you to detox your blood.
Today, I want to focus on the importance of you stick to your plan of action to live healthier and wealthier in your body/spirit/soul, finances, and business/workplace/ministry.
When we stick to our plan of action, we are building faith. The Bible says in James 2:26 "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." This means that it is so important for us to have a spirit-led plan. Write that plan, make it plain, so we can work it (Habbakuh 2:2).
Today, I want to focus on the importance of our words.
The Bible says that life and death is in the power of the tongue. So we must do whatever we can to speak life. We need to speak life to our dead situation. We should even bring the dead to life.
I truly don't understand when individuals proudly declare gloom into the future of our nation. As believers, we should be like Abraham who was quick to intercede for Sodom and Gomorrah when God told him that he was going to destroy the town.
Abraham pleads for God to save the town and he asked God to spare the town if there were 10 righteous people found in the city.
I want to intercede for you and ask God to help you take the steps needed to speak life. I pray that you grow to love the Word of God every day and that you desire to...

Today was the last day of the 21 Day Fast. I must admit my favorite days of prayers were the prayers against barrenness. I love how Dr. Faith had the option to put your business on the website. Although I didn't add my business, right after prayer call, I do my morning prayers and declarations with my mom. I forgot to go to the Facebook page afterward, but it's alright I'm still thankful for the powerful prayers.
I am supposed to eat mostly raw food. I haven't mastered that yet. I love to learn from my mistakes, but it may take a minute. I will get master things one day at a time. The important thing is that I'm not going to give up.
My intercessory prayer podcast topic was no weapon formed against you shall prosper!
Below are the meals, prayers, and accomplishments I made today
I love you all and God bless you all!
Live Healthier and Wealthier in your body, spirit and soul!
I woke up to my alarm to get on the prayer line for the 21-Day Fast. I slept through my first alarm. I must have turned it off in my sleep. When I woke up, I wrote down what I remember from my dream. I heard the voice of God say you are forgiven. Praise God! That is so encouraging and I'm so grateful for God's love and forgiveness.
I listened to the WMI's 21-Day Fast 6 am Prayer Call, despite the technical difficulties and some of the callers not following instructions. I'm truly thankful for the prayers for single people such as myself to get married according to God's will. I really enjoyed Dr. Faith's version of "I got the joy, joy, joy down in my heart". Thank you Eva Grace Mim for posting the youtube version in the WMI's Facebook group. It was so good. I will be singing that version for sure!!!
Since the prayer call went over, I had to get off the call before we did the declaration so...
I woke up to spend time with God. I truly appreciate those times of prayers. Then I got on the WMI's 21-Day Fast 6 am Prayer Call, read the Unite 7:14 prayer, James Goll's day 5 declaration and the silent retreat morning prayer. I've listed the prayers I read below.
After those prayers, I did my self-care routine. Had my essaic tea and did my intercessory prayer podcast to and prayed that you will grow and mature in your relationships with Christ.
I studied the materials for my certified health coach. I helped out my cousin. I got groceries. I ate my breakfast late.
My mom and I read day 5 noon declaration mentioned below and personalized the declaration for someone we are interceding for.
I studied some more and I prepared my lunch. I ate Asian burrito wrap with chocolate brownie.
I made dinner for my mom. She ate my raw meal too. Yeah !!!! Later we read the Unite 7:14 prayer, day 5...
