Now it is time to relax. Close your eyes, and give yourself a tight hug. Hold that tight hug for 60 seconds, and then slowly let your whole body relax from the top of your head down to the bottom of your feet. Breathe deeply and slowly. Once your entire body is relaxed, be still for an additional 60 seconds.

Give yourself a new reward.  You have completed tasks that helped you practice self-control, your health and wealth routine, weekly rest and relaxation, your health and wealth streaks, good mental exercises, and walking in the Spirit.

The next series is Week 3: Comparing Your Thoughts to Scriptures!
