As we follow God’s eating plan, we should figure out what supplements we really need to operate at our ultimate level; we should have our blood checked once a year. It is a great way to see what nutrients we are lacking. Moreover, herbs are great medicine that we shouldn’t ignore because God has created a variety of herbs to help heal our various ailments (Psalm 51:7). In general, we should try to include the following supplements in our day-to-day supplement routine.
1 Tbsp of hemp oil or fish oil (1x a day)
1 Serving Vitamin D (use as directed)
