There is healing power in smelling essential oils. The oils can be applied in many different ways for pain relief, nausea relief, fatigue relief, and stress relief. We can inhale it straight from the bottle. We can put a few drops in your hands and rub them together and cup them over our mouth and nose. We can put a drop of it on a pendant and fasten it around our neck. We can add 10-15 drops of essential oils to 1⁄4 cup of Epson salt. We can drip 1-2 drops of essential oil in a bowl of steaming filter water. We can drop essential oils into a diffuser. We can add oil to car diffuser. We can get a massage with essential oils. We can massage a few drops of essential oils on the bottom of our feet before going to bed using the techniques discussed on Day 79. We can take it orally, but carefully under the direction of a health practitioner. We can add it to a warm bath. We can add essential oils directly to our pulse points and wear as a perfume.

Walking is an exercise that everyone can do. We can walk inside or outside. We can walk with a group or by ourselves. Walking is a low impact, aerobic exercise that is easy to follow and effective in results. The average person loses 13 pounds when they walk an additional 15 minutes in their first year of walking.
Walking is a total body workout that is safe and natural. All we need to do is place one foot in front of the other. As a Walk15 instructor, I am certified to teach indoor walking. In the warm- up segment of my Praisemoves class, we do indoor walking. When teaching the class, I like for us to put on the Full Armor of God, which helps us stand against our enemies’ traps (Ephesians 6:11-13). We put on the belt of truth (Ephesians 6:14), which reminds us that Jesus is the way, truth, and life, by lifting our knees. We put on the breastplate of righteousness (Ephesians 6:14), which keeps us in fellowship with Holy God, by stepping from side...

This week we are learning different ways we can de-stress when life gets chaotic.
PraiseMoves is an excellent way for us to de-stress because we are exercising our bodies while we meditate and speak scriptures. Meditating and speaking the Word of God while stretching and strengthening our bodies is the primary goal of PraiseMoves. It helps us to perform deep control breathing and improves our flexibility. It decreases the stiffness in our bodies, lowers our blood pressure and stress levels. It tones and strengthens our muscles, improves our respiration and boosts our energy.
Since stress restricts blood flow, it can leads to knots in our muscles. So as we stretch in PraiseMoves, we are increasing our blood flow, which elevates our mood. It relaxes the muscles, which helps with pain because tight muscles are more likely to be painful and prone to injuries. Loosening muscles improves the quality of life. Deep breathing soothes the body and release stress.

When we are experiencing a difficult time, the right thing to do is go to God’s word. There are five ways we can use God’s word to deal with the stresses of life: We can hear it, read it, study it, memorize it, and meditate on it.
Hearing scriptures builds up our faith (Romans 10:17). Unfortunately, we all have the challenge of overcoming selective hearing. If we don’t care for the message we are hearing, we tend to ignore it. If we like the message we are hearing, we tend to receive it. Nevertheless, if we are God’s followers, we will know His voice and follow it (John 10:27). Yet, we need to be careful and avoid speaking words of doubt and unbelief because it prevents God’s from operating in our lives (Matthew 13:58). So we need to make sure we speak the truth by following the Holy Spirit that guides us to all truth (John 16:13-14).
Reading scriptures opens our eyes to God’s truth (Psalm 119:18). The Bible Project...

We are in week 12, and this week we are focusing on ways we can de-stress. On Day 78, we discussed how homeopathy remedies could help us de-stress. Today we will discuss how reflexology can help us de-stress.
Reflexology is an excellent way to de-stress because it improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins, tunes-up the body, revitalizes energy and is considered preventive health care. Reflexology encourages the massaging of appropriate points in the feet that mirror organs of the body to assist the body with self-healing and illness prevention. Usually, when an area on foot is tender, it means that a particular area needs extra attention for restoration. According to ChineseFootReflexology.com, there are certain things we can do to our feet to relieve stress, worry and anxiety.
First, we can massage our big toe in an up, down, side to side motion for 30 seconds on each toe to improve headaches, insomnia, and irritability. The organ ...

Welcome to week 12!
This week we will focus on ways we can de-stress.
Sometimes after traumatic and stressful events, it is hard to recover. We can choose to treat the fear, anxiety, panic attacks with natural homeopathic remedies, also known as homeopathy. The goal of homeopathy is to observe symptoms and choose a remedy that closely mimics the symptom. Then give the remedy at right potency and dilute the treatment one dose at a time. We can practice homeopathic remedies ourselves, but a trained professional homeopath can better develop a customized treatment for us and carefully observes the symptoms to make sure we are getting better. If after three doses, there are no changes, then the homeopathic professional will chose another remedy that better matches the symptom.
Here are some natural remedies that can help us de-stress, and according to betternutrition.com dosages from 30c, 200c to 1M can be taken daily or weekly, depending on the severity and...
